Her years of experience in the tri-county area have given her incredible insight into the ever changing landscapes of South Florida; which can be difficult to navigate if you are new-not just to the area-but even to real estate. I've been working with Yamile on foreclosure/short sale properties for purchase, rehab and sell for about a year. On the most recent purchase, it was a very complicated transaction with a difficult (unreasonable) seller with more than just a foreclosure to deal with -- he had an IRS lien, City lien and multiple BKs. Also, the lender wasn't particularly supportive given the messiness of the situation but Yamile persisted. In spite of this extremely challenging environment, Yamile managed to completely resolve the issues and satisfy all constituents in a way that I'm extremely happy with. And the closing is behind us. I strongly recommend Yamile as a can-do partner, even if the situation is difficult, whether you're buying or selling!
